The sales: Seraphine

+Seraphine Maternity was apparently a favorite of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton. There are pictures of her wearing a variation of this knot front dress. I can see why. They really have a beautiful, tasteful line. There is a huge selection of sale items; these are some of my favorites. This middle luxe dress: what a bargain! It's a perfect party dress just in time for, cough, New Years!!!

Baby shower

What to wear to a baby shower....

Nobody does glamorous like +Tiffany Rose. If you want to be the star of the show then invest in one of their gorgeous maternity dresses.

If your shower is a slightly more casual affair then look to +Seraphine Maternity. This dress was apparently worn by Kate Middleton herself and I can see why. It's adorable and can also be flattering post pregnancy!

For a simple and stylish look go for a well tailored white shirt and accessorize. I would pair it with this cool map print scarf by +New Look and some dark skinny jeans.

This is, in fact, the look I went for when I went to my small, no fuss baby shower in London. I wore a simple white blouse I bought 6 months ago from A Pea in the Pod and a plaid scarf from +Gap .

I am not Kate Middleton

Today is not a magic of pregnancy kind of day. It's a toss your cookies, sore back, can't get comfortable kind of day. Don't eat Thai curry soup when your are pregnant, it's just about the worst thing coming back up. Grump. I feel like a mother polar bear on one of those nature programs, RAWR.

Am I the only one who wanted to see the Duchess of Cambridge rock some sweats? I mean get real, that is a pregnant woman in her natural state. You can't tell me that the paparazzi can get a picture of her sunbathing topless and couldn't get a single shot of her vegging out in yoga pants and a hoodie. She can't look fabulous all the time, it was serious a disservice to every pregnant girl out there.

Well I am proud to give a dose of truth. THIS is what I wore today whilst I lounged around feeling enormous and getting kicked form the inside:
